Cancellation, change of schedule, or reduction of the number of participants: Up to 8 days before the tour date: Bank transfer fee 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 20% of the tour fee
From 2 days before the participation date to 6:00 PM on the day before: 50% of the fee
From 6:00 PM the day before the participation date to the day of the participation date: 100% of the fee
