Sending confirmation emails
Once the office has confirmed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you do not receive it, your reservation has not been completed, so please contact us by phone to confirm. -
We are unable to accept reservations for events that are fully booked or scheduled just before the event date, so please be sure to check your reply email.
(Please rest assured that if you pay by credit card, the payment has not been processed.)

If you are paying by credit card and 3D authentication is required, this will be stated in the confirmation email, so please check and proceed with the procedure.

7 to 3 days before the participation date
20% of the fee
From 2 days before the participation date to 6:00 PM on the day before
50% of the fee
From 6:00 PM the day before the event to the day of the event
100% of the fee

If you are late, it will affect the schedules of other customers, so we regret to inform you that your reservation will be canceled on the day.
Traffic congestion is expected especially near tourist spots, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

This event will be held even if it rains, but may be cancelled due to rising river levels or insufficient participants.
If you have any questions, please contact the River Adventure Club office by noon two days before the event.
The event may be cancelled on the day due to sudden changes in weather.

We sell swimsuits, rash guards, towels, goggle straps, waterproof smartphone cases, and more. We also carry summer apparel (such as short-sleeved shirts and shorts).

We have been rafting on the Hozu River in Kyoto for about 30 years.
Our local guides, who know this river inside and out and truly love it, will guide you through a safe, authentic and fun rafting experience.
Our company is a certified operator of the Japan Rafting Association (RAJ), Japan's largest rafting organization, and our representative, Isamu Aoki, serves as the chairman of RAJ.
We have also received the official certification "KROC (Kameoka Riverboat Operator's Certificate)" from the "Hozugawa River Boat Transportation Safety Council" established by Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture.
All equipment is reliable for rapids.
We have a comprehensive safety system in place, with insurance coverage for all participants.
Furthermore, we are involved in safety awareness activities in the local area, and we also value contributing to the local community in terms of tourism and employment.
